SHOPPING RULES AND PROCEDURES

Sales Rules

  • Items sold as is.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL, No RETURNS or EXCHANGES.

  • Do not open boxes or packages on your own, please ask a staff member for assistance at the testing station.

  • All customers are required to use the Blue Ikea bag.

  • Please treat staff and other shoppers with respect.

  • All purchasing decisions should be made at the Bin not at the cashier area.

  • Do not ask other customers to hurry or move from a BIN you are looking to DIG. 

  • Management Reserves the right to take photos and videos for advertising purposes . 

Safety Measures

  • COVID-19 RULES AND PROCEDURES AS OF 12/01/2021

  • MASKS must be worn before Entering the store or line up.

  • Respect Social distancing always otherwise you will be asked to leave the store without purchase.

  • No shoving, running, pushing, or any kind of unruly behavior.

  • No Climbing on the Binz.

  • Children under the age of 15 can attend but can not DIG and must always be with an adult.

  • No Backpack or Large Purses Permitted.

  • All Trash must be disposed of in the Garbage Can.

  • Management Reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at any time.
